2022-12-14 José Ignacio García Gómez, elected new vice president of ANFFE

The General Assembly of the National Association of Fertilizer Manufacturers has appointed José Ignacio García Gómez, general director of Mirat Fertilizantes, as the new vice-president, replacing Ricardo Llátser Oliva, general director of Timac-Agro Spain, who had been in the position since the year 2009. The presidency of ANFFE will continue to be held by Javier Goñi del Cacho, president of Grupo Fertiberia.

Currently, the members of ANFFE represent a volume of around 70% of the total national sales of fertilizers and almost 80% of the exports made from Spain. In addition, they provide more than 2,800 direct jobs.
